Loiselle, an excavation and civil engineering company, is based just outside of Montreal in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, QC. Loiselle boasts that they value “Respect and Integrity” in their projects, and hopes to contribute to “the well being of neighbouring communities”. Unfortunately, Loiselle accepted a government contract to remediate the ground at the proposed construction site for the new migrant prison, contributing directly to the viability of this unnacceptable project.
